House rules
We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and safe experience. These guidelines help us keep the atmosphere calm and enjoyable for all our guests.
For groups of 30+ people, it's required to rent the entire complex. The rules are the same for individual and group rentals.

Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. During the registration process:

The person responsible for the reservation will be asked to present a valid ID and leave a $1,000 MXN cash deposit per cabin, which is returned at check-out after a quick cabin/s review.

Please confirm the exact number of guests in your reservation. For everyone’s comfort and security, only registered guests are allowed inside the property and cabins. Visits or additional guests are not permitted.

You’re welcome to drive up to your cabin to unload your belongings. After that, we kindly ask you to park in the designated parking area (up to 30 minutes for unloading).

Check-out is available between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm During this process:

Our team will do a quick check of the cabin. If everything is in good condition, your deposit will be returned.

In case of damage, missing items, or special cleaning (e.g., stains on linens), charges may apply.

If any charges exceed the deposit, the difference must be covered at that time.
-
If you’d like to request a late check-out, please let us know in advance—this depends on availability and may have an additional cost.

We kindly ask you to leave the cabin on time to allow us to prepare it for the next guests.

A small favor: Leaving dishes clean and the space tidy helps make the check-out process quicker and smoother for everyone.

Things to remember:

Gate hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Entry and exit are not available after 10:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere:

No loud voices, shouting, or disruptive noise
-
No music or speakers at any time
-
We do not host events such as weddings, parties, or school group gatherings.
-
Motorized vehicles like ATVs, motorcycles, or similar are NOT allowed inside the property.

To protect the space and ensure everyone’s safety:

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Do not move indoor furniture outside.
-
Only light fires in designated areas and never leave them unattended. Do not burn plastic or inappropriate materials in bonfires or chimneys.
-
Camping is only allowed in designated areas.
-
Hunting is not permitted in or around the property. Please respect nature—do not cut trees or branches.
-
We ask all guests to maintain respectful behavior and moderate alcohol consumption.
-
We have security cameras in our facilities and all material obtained through them will be made available to the authorities if necessary.

Clubhouse rules (Common area). To keep this space enjoyable for everyone:

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the clubhouse.
-
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
-
Music or personal speakers are not permitted.
-
Please take care of games and return them after use.
-
Do not remove items from the clubhouse.
-
The pool table is for guests aged 15 and older.
-
Please avoid climbing on tables or running inside the space.
-
-
Please treat our team and other guests with kindness and respect.
-
Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors.
-
Keep in mind this is a natural area—there may be uneven terrain and local wildlife.
-
Dispose of trash in designated bins to avoid attracting animals.
-
The administration is not responsible for damage or loss of guest possessions, as well as for accidents that occur within the facilities.
-
The objects forgotten by the guests will remain in our care for a term of 30 days, if during said term the corresponding claim is not made, making available the means for their return, they will be donated or recycled. There is no courier service to send forgotten objects, so the claimants must carry out the actions that are necessary to recover the property in question.

We retain the right to expel occupants and guests who do not abide by these rules.
At the time of making the reservation, the guest acknowledges the policies and rules stated above, accepting them, proceeding to sign this document upon arrival at the facilities.
Cabin number that is sent to you in your confirmation, can change without prior notice (applies to cabins that are similar: large, medium, small and jr suite).
Our Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following will apply:

Up to five days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

Up to three days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation will be retained.
-
We cannot issue refunds for late cancellations (48 hours or less) due to weather, medical, family, or work emergencies, or other unexpected events. No refunds or date changes will be made if the guest does not show up for their reservation or leaves before the check out date.

The date can be changed only once (to a date within 3 months). Date changes must be requested at least 36 hours prior to the arrival day.

Transferring a reservation to another person is not allowed without prior notice given at least 72 hours in advance.
For cancellations of rentals of 4+ cabins, the following will apply:

Up to fourteen days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
-
Up to seven days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation will be retained.
-
We cannot issue refunds for late cancellations due to weather, medical, family, or work emergencies, or other unexpected events. No refunds or date changes will be made if the guest does not show up for their reservation.

The date can be changed only once (to a date within 5 months). Date changes must be requested at least fourteen days prior to the arrival day.
-
Transferring a reservation to another person is not allowed without prior notice given at least 7 days in advance.
For cancellations for group rentals (7+ cabins), the following will apply:

Up to fourteen days before arrival, 85% of the total will be refunded. The 15% initial booking fee is non-refundable.
-
Up to ten days before arrival, 50% of the total will be refunded. Ten days or less before arrival, no refund will be issued.
-
We cannot issue refunds for late cancellations due to weather, medical, family, or work emergencies, or other unexpected events. No refunds or date changes will be made if the guest does not show up for their reservation.

The date can be changed only once (to a date within 6 months). Date changes must be requested at least thirty days before the arrival date.
-
Transferring a reservation to another person is not allowed without prior notice given at least 14 days in advance.
