HOUSE RULES

It is essential that all our guests are informed of our rules before making a reservation. We ask that you take the time to read and understand our rules and policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We leave a 24 hour period between reservations for cleaning.

  • Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. During the registration process:

    • The guest responsible for the registration must provide official ID and the payment of the GUARANTEE DEPOSIT in cash ($1,000 pesos)  for damages and rule compliance.

    • The guest responsible will indicate the exact number of people in their reservation. No extra guests not mentioned in the registration form can be present at any site at any time. No exceptions!

    • Additional people or visits are not allowed in any of the cabins.

    • Guests must park the vehicle, in the designated parking area. You're allowed to enter and unload items to your cabin, only for a time period of 30 minutes.

  • Check-out is available between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm  During this process:

    • The administration will carry out the inventory of the cabin and in case of missing or damaged, the guarantee deposit will not be returned. If the amount of shortages or damage to goods or facilities exceeds the amount left in guarantee, the guest is obliged to cover the difference immediately.

    • The guest will be responsible for covering the cost of special washing or even the cost of replacing sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item in the room that is stained with blood, ink, shoe paint, hair dye, etc. The amount to be paid is entirely at the discretion of the hotel.

    • It is necessary for the guest to inform reception in advance if they wish to stay additional time, which will be authorized based on availability, generating an additional cost.

    • In the event that the guest does not leave the room at the indicated time, management will have the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the cabin.

    • Make sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness during your stay, such as not leaving dirty dishes, this will make it much easier when it's time to check out!

  • Things to remember:

    • As of 10:00 pm, the entrances and exits of the facilities are suspended. Gate hours are between 8am and 10pm. The gate is always closed, since only people with prior reservations are allowed to enter.

    • Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am must be respected , time during which you will not be able to use your voice at high volume, instruments, make use of any article that disturbs the tranquility of the guests or carry out activities that produce noise, generating annoyance to the guests. At no time is it allowed to play music or use speakers as it interferes with tranquility.

    • At all times, guests must moderate the use of their voice in order not to disturb the rest of others. No screaming.

    • We do not allow events such as weddings, school groups or any loud parties. Our place is not prepared and adapted to hold large events.

    • The entry of motorcycles, four-wheelers, ATV's or any similar vehicle to the facilities is not allowed, since they disturb the tranquility.

  • It is strictly prohibited:

    • To bring animals of any kind, including pets or service animals. Registration and/or entry to the facilities will be denied  to those people who fail to comply with this rule , without any refund.  Cabañas Las Bellotas has its own pet in the complex, which helps keep wild animals out of the areas with cabins.

    • To move any furniture outdoors from inside the cabin, as they can be damaged. When doing this, the guarantee deposit will not be refunded.

    • TO SMOKE IN THE CABINS. If smoking outdoors, do not throw cigarette buds anywhere on the yard or you may be charged if we have to pick them up. 

    • To light candles in containers that are not fire-safe or on wooden surfaces.

    • To leave campfires, barbecues, fireplaces or wood heaters unattended. Campfires can only be made in the designated areas for this purpose. Likewise, it is prohibited to burn plastic in fireplaces, campfire areas, grills...

    • To put up tents in the area of the cabins. Camping is only allowed in the designated camping area.

    • To carry out hunting activities within the facilities and in its surroundings, as well as the entire area of Villa Encinos.

    • To do any kind of damage to nature. This includes cutting branches/trees for a campfire or barbecue.

    • To remove any furniture from inside the cabin or common area, as it can be damaged. When doing this, no refund will be made.

    • To have an inappropriate behavior and/or excessive alcohol consumption causing drunkenness. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR. We have security cameras in our facilities and all material obtained through them will be made available to the authorities if necessary.

  • Clubhouse rules (Common area):

    • Consumption of food and beverages is prohibited inside the ClubHouse.

    • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

    • Please refrain from bringing personal speakers or playing music on any device.

    • Please ensure proper care of board games. After use, they should be stored in their respective boxes and returned to their original locations.

    • Please ensure to leave paddles, balls and other game items in their original place, for the next guests to use.

    • Removing furniture, objects, or board games from the clubhouse is prohibited.

    • The pool table is exclusively available for individuals aged 15 and older.

    • Do not climb on the pool or ping-pong tables.

    • Please maintain a suitable level of social interaction and refrain from shouting and running.​

  • At all times, the employees and the other guests must be treated with respect.

  • Adults must ensure the proper behavior of minors in their charge, as well as their safety. There are sloping and slippery areas, coupled with the fact that due to the conditions of the area, there are wild animals such as snakes, skunks, among others.

  • Waste must be placed in the bins. Do not leave garbage outdoors or at the grilling areas. There are wild animals in the region that may be attracted to the trash.

  • The administration is not responsible for damage or loss of guest possessions, as well as for accidents that occur within the facilities.

  • The objects forgotten by the guests will remain in our care for a term of 30 days, if during said term the corresponding claim is not made, making available the means for their return, they will be donated or recycled. There is no courier service to send forgotten objects, so the claimants must carry out the actions that are necessary to recover the property in question.

  • We retain the right to expel occupants and guests who do not abide by these rules.

  • At the time of making the reservation, the guest acknowledges the policies and rules stated above, accepting them, proceeding to sign this document upon arrival at the facilities.

Cabin number that is sent to you in your confirmation, can change without prior notice (applies to cabins that are similar: large, medium, small and jr suite).

 

Our cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, the following will apply:

  • Up to five days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit amount will be refunded.

    • For group rentals (4 cabins or more) it is up to fourteen days before.

  • Up to three days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation will be retained.

    • ​For group rentals (4 cabins or more) it is up to seven days before.

  • We cannot make refunds for late cancellations (48 hours or less) due to weather, medical, family or work emergencies or other unexpected events. No refund or date change will be possible in the event that the guest does not show up for their reservation.

  • The date can be changed only once (to a date within 3 months). The date change must be made at least 30 hours before the day of arrival.

    • ​For reservations in which a date change has already been made, there is no way to receive a refund if it is cancelled.

    • For group rentals (4 cabins or more) you must change the date up to fourteen days in advance.

  • It is not permitted to transfer a reservation to another person without prior notice of at least 3 days in advance.
