Rules for De Grootestuw ·
LA GRAN SALA

De Grootestuw is an indoor space intended for quiet private gatherings, designed for conversation, sharing meals, and spending time together. It's use must always respect the tranquility, privacy, and rest of guests staying at the property.

1. Hours of Use:

   • For individual rentals, without the exclusive rental of the entire property, La Gran Sala is available only Tuesday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and is subject to availability.

   • The hours of use must be strictly observed. Remaining in the space outside of the contracted hours is not permitted. By 9:30pm the place must be cleaned and empty. 

2. Permitted Types of Gatherings. De Grootestow is intended exclusively for private gatherings with a quiet atmosphere, such as:

   • Training sessions and workshops.

   • Retreats and business meetings.

   • Company/Church meetings.

   • Quiet family gatherings.

   • Meals and social gatherings.

   • Other gatherings previously authorized by Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas.

3. Activities that are NOT Permitted:​

   • Weddings or similar loud celebrations.

   • Quinceañeras.

   • Parties or celebrations intended as events.

   • Events with amplified music, DJs, speakers, or any sound equipment that may disturb the tranquility of the property.

   • Dancing or activities that generate excessive noise.

   • Any activity that, due to its nature, number of attendees, or noise level, may disturb other guests.

   • Authorization of a gathering is at the discretion of Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas, and each request may be reviewed individually.

4. Capacity and Authorized Guests:

   • Only individuals who have been previously registered and authorized for the reservation may enter.

   • Guests, visitors, or additional persons who were not included in the reservation and previously authorized are not permitted.

   • The maximum capacity of La Gran Sala must be respected at all times.

5. Included Areas:

   • Rental of De Grootestuw includes only the contracted space, its tables and chairs, equipped kitchen, and bathrooms.

   • Individual rental of La Gran Sala does not include access to the rest of the property, including the covered outdoor area, Casa Club, cabin outdoor areas, or any other area that has not been expressly included in the reservation.

6. Kitchen and Furniture:

   • The kitchen, equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, and other facilities must be used responsibly.

   • All furniture and equipment must remain inside De Grootestuw and must be left in proper condition at the end of the rental period.

   • Furniture, utensils, or equipment may not be removed from De Grootestuw without authorization.

7. Cleaning and Waste:

   • Food and beverages may only be consumed within the permitted areas.

   • Users are responsible for collecting and properly disposing of waste generated during their gathering and leaving the space clean and orderly at the end of their rental.

   • Any damage, loss, or missing items resulting from the reservation may result in additional charges.

8. Pets:

   • Pets or animals are not permitted inside La Gran Sala or at gatherings held in this space, nor are pets allowed anywhere on the property at any time.

9. Availability and Authorization:

   • Availability of La Gran Sala depends on the occupancy of the property and scheduled activities. Each rental request will be reviewed individually and must be authorized in advance.

10. Tranquility of the Property:

    • La Gran Sala is located within the cabin property, so all gatherings must maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere.

    • Renting La Gran Sala does not authorize activities that interfere with the rest or privacy of other guests.

    • Rental of La Gran Sala does not include exclusive use of the entire property. Exclusive use of the property is available only through a Group Rental, which includes La Gran Sala.

11. Damage deposit:

    • A $5,000 MXN security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages, missing items, or violations of the rules during the stay.

    • The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 48 hours after check-out, provided that, following the corresponding inspection, it is confirmed that:

      • The rules and conditions for use of the property were followed.

      • The area was left clean and organized.

      • There is no damage to the facilities, furniture, or equipment.

      • There are no missing, broken, or damaged items, utensils, or other property.

      • If there are any damages, missing items, or expenses resulting from a violation of the rules, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of the damages or expenses exceeds the amount of the deposit, the guest or person responsible for the reservation will be responsible for paying the difference.

Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas reserves the right to request that noise levels be reduced or to suspend any activity that violates these rules and regulations.
