At Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas, we offer private cabins for those seeking peace, privacy, and relaxation in a natural setting.

We are not a conventional hotel. Our property operates through advance reservations and a self guided arrival process, designed to allow each guest to enjoy their stay with comfort and independence.

Each cabin is individually prepared before guests arrive. For this reason, it is important to plan your visit in advance.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Your reservation must be fully confirmed and paid for at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. We do not accept last-minute reservations.

We recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, vacations, and peak seasons.

How does the reservation process work?

Our reservation process consists of the following steps.

1. Tell us about your plans. Let us know your desired dates, how many people will be staying, and, if you already have one in mind, which cabin you are interested in.

2. Review our house rules. Before sharing our payment details, we will send you a form so you can read and agree to our house rules. This allows you to make sure our facilities and policies meet your expectations.

3. Make your payment. Once you have accepted the house rules, we will provide the payment details. You will have 24 hours to complete the payment.

One-night stays: Full payment is required to make a reservation.
Stays of two nights or more: You may reserve with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival.

Important: Your reservation will be confirmed once we have received the required payment and a valid ID from the person making the reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Reservation payments are made directly to our account through the following methods:

Bank transfer
Bank deposit
PayPal

For reservations made with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival, following the instructions provided during the booking process.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. We require a security deposit for each reserved cabin, separate from the cost of your stay.

The amount depends on the type of cabin and will be communicated during the reservation process. This deposit serves as security against potential damage or failure to comply with applicable rules. Its refund is subject to an inspection of the cabin after your stay.

Are pets allowed?

No. Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas is not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted inside the cabins or anywhere on the premises.

This policy is part of our commitment to protecting the wildlife and natural environment of the property.

How does check-in work?

We offer a simple arrival process. You will receive a QR code linked to your reservation that allows you to enter through the main gate.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Gate access begins at 3:00 p.m.

At the Lobby, you must present a valid ID, sign the check-in form, and leave the security deposit in order to receive your key.

Before your arrival, you will receive:

A QR code to access the main entrance gate.
A video with instructions on how to reach the property and complete the check-in process.

We recommend reviewing both before leaving for your trip to ensure a smooth arrival.

What information will I find inside the cabin?

Each cabin has a QR code that gives you access to useful information during your stay, including:

How to connect to the Wi-Fi.
Recommended restaurants, cafés, and places to visit in the area.
Information about the facilities and available services.
Recommendations to help you enjoy your visit.
Check-out instructions.

This allows you to easily access any information you may need throughout your stay.

What kind of atmosphere can I expect at the property?

Las Bellotas is designed for relaxation, enjoying nature, and spending quality time together in a private and peaceful setting.

To preserve this experience for all our guests, parties, unauthorized events, music, and noisy gatherings are not permitted. Rules regarding visitors, occupancy, and the use of facilities also apply.

Before booking, we ask that you review our complete house rules and make sure the type of stay you are looking for is compatible with the peaceful atmosphere of our property.

Are the Lobby and De Grootestow the same building?

No. The Lobby is a shared common area accessible to all guests. It includes the reception desk, game room, and spaces for socializing. The Lobby is not available for private rental, as it is a common area shared by all guests.

De Grootestow is a completely separate space from the Lobby and can be rented independently. It is available for group gatherings, retreats, social events, and more, including group bookings involving all the cabins. On weekdays, it can also be rented separately from the cabins.

De Grootestow features a spacious interior, a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, tables, chairs, and more.

What is the difference between the Lobby and De Grootestow at Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas?

The Lobby is a common area that all guests have access to for socializing and spending time together.

De Grootestow is a completely separate building from the Lobby. It can be rented individually or together with all the cabins as part of a group rental.

Does renting De Grootestow individually include access to the Lobby?

No. An individual rental of De Grootestow does not include access to the other spaces within our complex.

What indoor spaces are available for groups staying at Cabañas Ecológicas Las Bellotas?

Guests who are not part of a group rental have access to the Lobby, but not to De Grootestow, as it is reserved for group rentals.

What facilities and services are included in an individual rental of De Grootestow?

Access is limited exclusively to De Grootestow.
